The Irish Independent has revealed that the Irish health authority had to stop prescribing Viagra to people on their way to a doctor.
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) issued a warning that Viagra would be a “pink Viagra” and “highly addictive”, the MHRA said.
The drug is used to treat erectile dysfunction.
However, it is known that people have been warned to stop taking Viagra after a doctor or pharmacist told them to.
The MHRA said that some doctors had been told to stop prescribing Viagra because of the dangers of the drug.
It said there were reports of people suffering serious side-effects such as chest pains, fainting, breathing problems, severe dizziness and, last week, in a case involving two men in the UK with a painful erection.
“For the vast majority of people who take medicines containing sildenafil, it is a safe drug and is not addictive,” the MHRA said in a.
Viagra was previously prescribed only for those with a heart condition called “pink”. It is known that people can be given the drug when they are on their way to a doctor.
However, in March, the MHRA said it was investigating the case and was advising doctors to prescribe Viagra only for men who are on a heart condition.
However, a spokesman for the Irish Independent said the MHRA had only taken action as of April 10, following the warning.
“The MHRA’s action as of April 10 has been taken as of April 25, following the MHRA’s latest investigation and has been updated with the latest guidance on the safe use of sildenafil as an erectile dysfunction drug.”
The MHRA’s latest warning came two days after the agency sent a request to the Department of Health for an official review of the case. The MHRA on April 25 said it was investigating the case. It said the agency had taken action against several people for their alleged lack of involvement in the deaths of people on their way to a doctor, including the deaths of two men who died after a car accident. In one of the cases, a man died after his car was hit by a car and his family was told to stop using the drug.
The MHRA said the man had been given a yellowing card on the NHS by the Department of Health and Social Care, after he died after taking sildenafil, a drug for erectile dysfunction.
The agency said it was working with the Department of Health to ensure Viagra was safe to use in people with heart disease and high blood pressure.
“In the UK, sildenafil is not considered a controlled substance under the Health and Safety Procedures (HSPs) Act 1998,” the MHRA said.
It added that the drug could potentially cause serious side-effects and warned that people should seek medical advice if they experience any of them or any of the following and that anyone who suffers a serious side-effect is immediately referred to hospital or a medical centre:
